Our Philosophy

Our four main objectives that we counsel to our patients are “PEDS”:

We believe that by following these four main elements, you will achieve a healthy body/spine, mind and spirit. During Dr. Lo’s 23 years of practice, he builds his chiropractic practice around this philosophy by including services from other professionals such as personal trainers and registered nutritional dietitians.

Chiropractic’s central interest is the relationship between impaired position/movement of spinal vertebrae and the nerve system, and the effect of this on health. We believe the normal movement and position of all our bones/joints and the appropriate tone and texture of all the connective tissues in the body directly affect well-being and performance.

We utilize a “hands on” active approach. The principle treatment is adjustment/ manipulation of the spine and supportive soft-tissue techniques. There is a focus on lifestyle counseling, prevention, and patient responsibility for health (for example, in the areas of posture, diet, exercise, stress-reduction, etc.).

The benefits our team can provide you are many: effective pain relief, restored freedom of movement, correction of the underlying problem, return to work and recreational activities, enhanced athletic performance, prevention of spinal decay, and improved overall health.

Life is more than just work, we need to stay healthy and happy in all times. Dr. Lo and his team will offer you the guidance and support to maintain a healthier body and lifestyle. Most of our patients refer family and friends so their health problems can be evaluated for chiropractic care too.

We hope to gain your respect and friendship in your confidence in selecting us to better your health……..the natural way!
